Christina Brussalis

Christina Brussalis is Vice President of The Hill Group, Inc., a management consulting firm serving major corporations, governments, and nonprofits.  Christina is a results-focused, public relations professional who specializes in media relations, strategic communications planning, and advocacy. In 1997, she was a participant of the Hungarian American Coalition’s White House Internship Program.

Practiced in the art of public relations, Christina helps corporate, nonprofit, and government clients build and maintain public support.   She has led winning grassroots campaigns and has generated national news coverage with media outlets such as FOX News, MSNBC, NPR, The New York Times,The Washington Post, and TIME Magazine, as well as numerous local and regional publications and television and radio news organizations.

Christina began her career in public relations in the White House Department of Correspondence during the Clinton Administration and later served as a press aide to both Secretaries of Defense William Cohen and Donald Rumsfeld.  After returning to her western Pennsylvania roots, Christina led community outreach and media relations efforts for local government officials and candidates for elected office.  She also served as Communications Director and chief spokesperson for a member of Pennsylvania’s U.S. congressional delegation.

Christina is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, with a B.A. in Political Science.  She is President of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Festival Chorus of Pittsburgh and is a dedicated volunteer for the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania. She is alumna of the Hungarian American Coalition’s White House Internship Program.
